Fittingbox's story begins in 2006, when young students and glasses wearers, Benjamin & Ariel were annoyed when trying on new glasses at the optician. They had to take off their corrective glasses to see themselves with a pair without correction...
Spoiler alert: it's a real struggle!
So they came up with the idea of making shopping glasses as easy as possible for everybody: Fittingbox was born.

Fittingbox is remote-working friendly. All kinds of organizations (face-to-face, hybrid, 100% remote) are possible depending on the needs. On average, our employees are on site 2 days/week. 20 of them are even scattered all over France!
So we need to stay connected more than ever! That's why we have dedicated tools: Teams, Steeple & our intranet: "My Fitting Space".
Because we believe in the autonomy of our employees, they have the possibility of adapting their working day with their manager (beggining and ending, meal break, etc.)
At Fittingbox, we are committed to implementing a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy in order to have a positive impact on society, to respect the environment while being economically viable. Our dedicated CSR officer implements our many commitments:
Because it's essential for us to foster the social bond between teams, we plan a monthly face-to-face event (Easter, Halloween, etc.) as well as an online event for our "work from home" employees (Christmas tree contest, quiz, etc.).
Our CSR also plans a quarterly event for all of us to meet around an escape game, a bowling or a virtual reality game etc.
Once a month, a breakfast and a round of coffee are offered to employees on site, for a friendly coffee break.

With an average of 4,000 frames digitized per month, Fittingbox database is the largest database of 3D frames in the world, accounting for more than 140,000 references.
Our specialists take care of 4,000+ customers in 75 countries and speak 7 languages in total.

Step 1 : HR Interview
A candidate guide will be sent to you to prepare you for the 1 hour interview with Élodie, our Human Resources Director.
Step 2 : Interview with manager
The second step is to meet your future manager during a discussion about your next position. You will then receive our Employer Value Proposition in which you will get a preview of our company culture.
Step 3 : Post-signing follow-up
Congratulations, you have signed your contract! In order to have all the necessary information for your first day, Nina, our HR facilitator, will contact you and share our "CultureBook" with you.
Step 4 : Onboarding
You'll benefit from a personalized follow-up from the signature of the contract to the integration follow-up of the first year! All profiles benefit from onboarding, regardless of their status, both permanent employees and interns are supported throughout their adventure with us.
