How do I cancel my order?
Note: an order can only be cancelled before it has been submitted. Once it is cancelled, you can't undo it.
I haven't submitted my order yet, how can I cancel it?
To cancel an order before validation, click on ”cancel order” at the bottom of the page and confirm cancellation on the pop-up window.
My order has already been submitted
If the order has already been submitted, please contact your Customer Success Manager by clicking on the right side of the page.
