What are the guidelines to digitize my eyewear from photo?

Before to do the first digitisation, we recommend you to follow the guideline to maximize the result and increase the number of asset approved.

You need to upload minimum of 2 sample images: front and side 90° required​

The formats available are png, jpg, jpeg, webp​ and the maximum size of the file is 4096 kb​.
The white background will also have a large impact on the result and it is highly recommended.

Some Cases are not yet supported. 

Please do not upload:​

• Glasses with thin or no frames​
• Glasses in folded position​
• Sports style frames​
• Images with strong reflection effects/shadows​
• Images with objects/textures in the background​
