How does the "Add to cart" native button work ?

Enable a native call-to-action inside the Virtual Try-On to seamlessly connect product try-on with your purchase journey.

What is the Add to Cart button?

The Add to Cart button is an optional native call-to-action displayed inside the Virtual Try-On (VTO) experience.

It can be configured to let the users add the product they are trying on to their cart, without navigating back to the product page.

Desktop - default (2)

Where is it displayed?

When enabled, the button appears within the VTO interface at the bottom right corner of the VTO window.

It is available during the try-on session (live, viewer and photo mode) and is always linked to the product currently selected by the user.

The feature is disabled by default and must be activated in your configuration.

What can be configured?

The Add to Cart button is fully adaptable to your brand and purchase journey.

You can:

  • Enable or disable the button

  • Customize the label (e.g. “Add to bag”, “Buy now”, etc.)

  • Add a custom icon

  • You also define what happens when users click the button.

What happens when users click it?

When clicked, the button triggers an action that you define in your integration.

Depending on your setup, it can:

  • Add the selected product directly to the cart

  • Redirect users to a product page

  • Open a cart drawer or mini-cart

  • Redirect to checkout

  • Trigger a custom purchase flow

The VTO provides the product information, and your website manages the commerce logic.

Why use it?

The Add to Cart button helps:

  • Reduce friction between try-on and purchase

  • Capture buying intent at the right moment

  • Increase conversion opportunities

  • Create a seamless path from experience to checkout

It is a flexible feature designed to align the Virtual Try-On experience with your e-commerce strategy.
