      I have this error : “Face not found”

      You get this error message

       

      Your face is not detected during the scan check if the upper picture allow to see properly your face

      • Check that you are in good lighting
      • Have your ears visible, with hair behind them
      • Do not move during the step where you are invited to look the red spot

      Then, re-do with the button "DO OVER" or go back to instructions to watch again the video tutorial.
