      I have this error : “It seems there’s an error on our side”

      You get this error message

      • it means that the experiment has been unsuccessful 3 times in a row.
      • It seems conditions are not fullfiled to compute a result.

      Have a check to End-users recommendations 

      • Then you can try again by clicking on "I want to try again". 
      • Or exit the experiment by clicking on "I ACCEPT"
