How can I display my products in Virtual Try-On?

How can I display my products in Virtual Try-On?
Your catalog of frames will be automatically synchronized with Fittingbox digital frames database. You can check which frames are available for try-on in Apps > Fittingbox Glasses Try-On > Products. For the frames with “not found” status, please, find more information here. The products found in the database will be ready for try-on once you have set up the theme
I don’t find any glasses in the Product section: what can I do?
You can digitize your existing frames and add glasses in Virtual Try-On. You can check the options available here, or contact info@fittingbox.com.
I have more products “found” than the number included in my billing plan: how can I upgrade my subscription?
Please contact Fittingbox on info@fittingbox.com to get an overview of your current plan based on the number of products and unique users, and check out your plan upgrade options.
I find that the lens rendering of particular sunglasses doesn't appear accurate: what can I do?
If the lens rendering of your sunglasses appears off during the 3D digitization process on the 3D From Photo online platform, you can enhance the image before uploading it.
To improve the appearance of the lenses, consider darkening the lens color or adjusting the saturation and contrast of your front-view product image with the help of any image editor you prefer.
Once you've made these edits, save the image and then upload it to the platform to begin the digitization process.
Please note that 3D From Photo is an automatic digitization based on Artificial Intelligence that create basic renderings. To obtain better 3D renderings on gradient lenses for example, you can upgrade for Standard Digitization by sending your glasses to Fittingbox Studio, learn more.

How to display the Virtual Try-On button in my store?
You can set up the Virtual Try-On button on collection page and product page: Apps>Fittingbox Glasses Try-On>Theme Setup>Configure. In the App embeds section you will be able to switch on collection button or collection icon, and product button or product icon. The button/icon will be automatically displayed on the products available for virtual try-on. The products that haven’t been found in the Database will not have the button/icon displayed. Can I change the position of the Virtual Try-On button on the product page?
If you upgraded to Online Store 2.0 you can change the Virtual Try-On button position in the product page, in the Default product section: Product information>Add block>Apps>Product button block. Don’t forget to switch off the product button on App embeds.

I have the icon / button that is not well positioned on the collection page: how can I fix this?
The app embed is designed to automatically position the try-on icon or button on the collection page of all standard Shopify store themes. Some custom themes may require a more advanced configuration for a proper positioning.
To resolve this, you have at your disposal, in each app embed settings, a field called "Advanced - Container selector”. You can enter in this field the exact CSS container in which the virtual try-on icon / button should be positioned. Example: “.product-card” (put a dot followed by the container name).
To find the desired CSS container, you can inspect your collection page while on your browser. If you are not familiar with this kind of operation, we can help you by requesting a collaborator access to your Shopify store to access the app settings. Feel free to ask if needed.

General questions
How can I monitor my virtual try-on monthly sessions?
Fittingbox will provide you with a summary of Virtual Try-On analytics in case you are about to exceed the number of sessions, according to your chosen plan. However, if you need more details, you can contact info@fittingbox.com. Please note that Custom plan includes advanced analytics, such as number of sessions, breakdown by device, breakdown by live and photo mode and most tried on styles.
I am having issues with my virtual try-on module: who should I contact?

How can I uninstall the Virtual Try-On app?
If you no longer wish to subscribe to the Virtual Try-On app, you can go on Settings>Apps and sales channels in the main dashboard and click on Uninstall.
